The Founder

Stéphane Detrez

Is a French producer, artistic director and project manager, graduated from the Musical Institute of Professional Training. He is also a vocal coach and musician. He began his career almost 30 years ago by signing his first contract as a composer with Jean Davoust editor, BMG Universal, Famous Music, Paramount. HIs collaborations with artists such as Keziah Jones, Stanislas, Barry White, Kaizers Orchestra, Usher, etc... gave him a knowledge and network that allow him to develop international projects.

He is married to a Norwegian woman and now lives in Stavanger, Norway. He is also the project manager for Janove Ottesen and Geir Zahl of Kaizers Orchestra. He has worked in Norway with Jarle Bernhoft, Janove, Rørstad, Greta Baker, etc... He has produced many albums from folk to funk, rock, pop, and hip-hop, in France, Norway, and England

Ian Hanson -

American Sound Engineer from Park City, Utah. Obsessed with sound. Creating and modifying his own amps, preamps, reverbs, and more. He is also a musician and songwriter actively involved in artistic direction and development.

Jørgen Almlund -

He is the businessman of the team, coming from the Norwegian Oil Industry. He has extensive experience in Business Development and Commercial Negotiations, with wide operational and strategic management experience. Currently on sabbatical.

Henning Meland -

Manager in charge of Technical Support, building relationships with new and current partners (Equinor, Rolls-Royce Marine, Robot Norge). He has spent the last 7 years as the manager for the Stavanger Oilers Junior Department.
